Starbucks EMEA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a dynamic store, drive commercial results and deliver world-class customer experiences. You’ll own operational standards, partner engagement and KPIs.

The role requires prior leadership in a fast-paced retail or hospitality setting, with a growth mindset and the ability to translate metrics into actions. Training is provided through in-store programmes and Starbucks Global Academy.
