Reed in Partnership is seeking a Senior Neighbourhood Work & Health Coach to lead delivery of integrated Work & Health support. You will supervise frontline Coaches, drive quality and use case management to help participants stay in work or return to employment.
You will work across Chelmsford, Basildon, Clacton, Colchester and Harlow, with a pro-rata flex schedule and focus on person-centered support and collaboration with clinicians and partners.
