Right-to-Work & Immigration Operations Lead

Ocado Group is seeking a UK Right to Work Specialist to lead in-country compliance, sponsor oversight, and SMS administration. You will work with the Bulgaria SSC and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate case handling, supporting sponsor licence obligations.

You will attend the UK office for in-person checks as needed and coordinate with People Partners on escalations, while maintaining meticulous records across systems.
