Lead HR Investigations Officer

Birmingham City Council is seeking an HR Investigation Officer on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will lead investigations into disciplinary matters, grievances, bullying and harassment, ensuring professionalism, impartiality and full compliance with employment law and organisational policy.

You will manage each case from start to finish: planning lines of enquiry, gathering evidence, conducting interviews, and producing clear, robust and evidence-based reports.
