Public Housing Maintenance Specialist – Lisburn

The Northern Ireland Housing Executive is seeking a Maintenance Officer based in Lisburn on a temporary basis. Working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, at £16.90 per hour.

You will inspect domestic properties, identify maintenance requirements and authorise necessary works. You will liaise with tenants, contractors and Housing Executive colleagues to ensure repairs meet the required quality, cost and completion standards.
