Due to ongoing success they are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join their team, who has experience in the programming of either CNC lasers or Punch / Press Machines.CNC Programming Engineer – Laser / Punch Position OverviewProgramming laser cutting machines and CNC punch / presses (machine training provided)Creating 3D CAD models for productionProviding advice on tooling requirementsChecking programs and CAD models prior to productionOptimising use of materials through nesting and programmingMentoring laser operatorsPreventative maintenance of machines and reducing set-up timesUpdating the MRP system with material requirmentsCNC Programming Engineer – Laser / Punch Position RequirementsPrevious experience in the programming of either CNC Lasers or CNC Punch / Press MachineryAbility to draw 3D parts using CAD softwareBased in a commutable distance of Milton KeynesGood communications and problem solving skillsCNC Programming Engineer – Laser / Punch Position RemunerationSalary £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experienceMonday to Thursday 08:00 – 17:00.
