Dŵr Cymru Cyf is seeking an Estates professional to lead land access, negotiations and regulatory processes, supporting capital projects across West and East Wales. You will manage relationships with landowners, agents and tenants while ensuring timely delivery of schemes and compliance with land rights regimes.
The role requires MRICS or CAAV desirability, experience with GIS and SAP, and strong communication and project coordination skills.
