Income & Tenancy Management Officer – Hybrid

Focus Resourcing Limited is seeking an Income Management Officer for a temporary role through 31 March 2027, with a potential for permanency. The 37-hour week includes a hybrid pattern and visits to tenants within a 6-mile radius of the office.

Initially you’ll be in the office for 2–3 full weeks before shifting to 1–2 days in the office weekly. Responsibilities include arrears actions, welfare benefit maximisation, notices for legal action, and tenancy management support.
