Canterbury Mercedes-Benz is recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team on site.
You will book MOTs, services and other repair work, advise on warranty cover and upsell parts/accessories. You will liaise with the full Aftersales department to schedule appointments and manage a high-volume of customer inquiries daily.
