Role: Industrial Door Engineer

Location: London

Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE + Door-to-Door + Van + Tools

Shift: 40 hour week

Overtime: Offered at 1.5x and 2x

On Call: None

My client, a respected independent specialist in Industrial Door Systems, is looking to recruit a skilled and motivated Industrial Door Engineer. This is a permanent, field-based role offering consistent work, a local patch, and the opportunity to expand your technical knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out repairs, servicing, and preventative maintenance to a range of roller shutters, sectionals, high speed doors, garage doors, personnel doors, dock levellers and loading bays as well as barriers and gates
• Respond to on-site callouts and emergencies
• Assist with small installation projects
• Deliver safe and compliant work in line with industry standards

Experience and qualifications

• Experience working with industrial doors for a minimum of 2 years
• A willingness to broaden your knowledge into new product areas
• Full UK driving licence
• NVQ or equivalent qualification is beneficial
