Branch Operations Leader

LKQ Europe GmbH is seeking a Duty Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy branch, spanning retail, warehouse and fleet functions. The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service, driving operational excellence and developing a high-performing team.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will drive safety, stock control, KPIs and a customer-first culture while coordinating resources and ensuring high standards across all activities. A full UK driving licence is required.
