Gloucestershire College is seeking an inspiring Operations Manager to lead the Exams team, delivering a professional, responsive, customer-focused service to students, staff and external stakeholders.

You will develop and support the team, partner with colleagues across the College, and drive continuous improvement, shaping the future of the exams service. Prior examinations experience is not required, and you will be mentored by an experienced Exams Specialist Consultant to lead from day one.
