Therapeutic Children’s Home Deputy Manager

SGS-Care-Ltd is recruiting a Deputy Manager for a 3-bed therapeutic children’s residential home in Gateshead. You will support the Registered Manager, oversee daily operations and ensure safe, nurturing, trauma-informed care for children with LD and EBD.

With leadership responsibilities, you will mentor staff, develop care plans, and uphold safeguarding and regulatory standards. The role offers 42 hours/week, a base salary of £34,000–£38,000, and generous sleep-in payments and benefits.
