Senior Deputy Manager – Children’s Home

The Esland Group Ltd is seeking an on‑rota Deputy Manager for Meadowstile Farm, Stoke‑on‑Trent, in our Residential Children’s Care home. You will support the registered manager, mentor staff and help run the home on a day‑to‑day basis in a busy, 365‑day service.

Salary £34,000–£39,000 per year, sleep‑ins paid at £60.00 per sleep, and overtime opportunities. Hours: 173 per month, shift pattern 2 days on/4 days off with sleep‑ins; full driving licence and Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare
