Senior Deputy Manager – Therapeutic Children’s Home

The Esland Group Ltd is seeking an experienced deputy manager for Meadowstile Farm – Stoke-on-Trent. This on-site role supports the manager in daily operations and staff mentoring at a 3-bed home offering trauma-informed care and educational activities for young people.

Salary is £34,000–£39,000 per year with sleep-ins paid and opportunities for overtime. 173 hours/month, 2 days on / 4 days off pattern; a rewarding, therapeutic, person-centred environment.
