Multisite Deputy Manager – Care Services Leader

FitzRoy is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead three services across Castle Vale, Birmingham and Atherstone. You will support the Service Manager, develop teams, and ensure outstanding care and outcomes for people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.

You will contribute to recruitment, supervision, and compliance with CQC standards while promoting a person-centred culture. The role requires flexible travel between sites and a Level 3/5 qualification.
