Hybrid HR & Operations Lead – Part-Time

Amref Health Africa UK is seeking an HR & Operations Manager on a 6-month fixed-term, part-time basis (4 days/28 hours per week). Hybrid working with our London Bermondsey office.

Salary £51,200 per annum (FTE £64,000). The postholder will lead the HR strategy, manage the full employee lifecycle, provide expert employment guidance, oversee IT and facilities, manage HR budgets and contribute to governance, risk, and workforce planning with the SMT and Board.
