Senior Legal Counsel – Insurance

A Lloyd’s Managing Agent are looking for a deputy to the Head of Legal. You will be joining a growing team, early in their journey, with opportunities to develop leadership responsibilities.

You will be responsible for:

• Drafting and negotiating a commercial and service agreements as well as insurance related agreements
• Supporting the Claims and Underwriting with coverage and policy wordings matters
• Supporting the compliance function with advising business functions on regulatory considerations
• Supporting with corporate legal work

You will be a Lawyer in the Insurance market, with either prior Lloyd’s market experience, or a strong desire to gain exposure to the market. My client will consider applicants currently in-house or in an Insurance practice in a Law Firm
