Family Support Specialist: Build Resilience & Safe Futures

Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Family Support Worker to work with our client on a temporary basis in Salford. This is a full-time role, 36 hours per week, providing practical and emotional support to children, young people and families to promote safety, wellbeing and positive outcomes.

You will identify family needs, develop appropriate support plans and help families access services and early help interventions, working closely with social workers and partner agencies
