Trauma-Informed Children’s Home Manager — Lead Change

Arbour Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a specialist solo-occupancy home for young people with complex needs. You will hold overall accountability for safe, compliant and financially responsible operation while working closely with a supernumerary Deputy Manager.

You will champion trauma-informed care, safeguarding and professional practice, guiding staff to deliver tailored education, health and life-skills outcomes for each young person.
