Lead Subcontract Manager – Energy & Infra

ARM is recruiting an experienced Construction Subcontract Manager to join a major energy and infrastructure project in North Wales. You will oversee commercial and contractual management of subcontract packages, covering Mechanical, Buildings and E&I works through engineering, construction and development phases.

You will lead a team of Subcontract Engineers and Administrators, ensuring subcontractors deliver in accordance with contractual, commercial and project requirements.
