Frontline Verification & Fraud Prevention Officer

Government Recruitment Service in Rushden is hiring a Verification Assurance Officer to join a new frontline team in a permanent, full-time role. The VAO will interview claimants and work with Jobcentre colleagues to strengthen fraud controls and verify identification, housing costs, children and childcare costs elements of Universal Credit.

The role requires on-site work across Jobcentre locations, with frequent site travel as needed.
