Ecommerce Merchandising & Operations Assistant

Jellycat is seeking an organised Ecommerce Merchandise Assistant to support our growing global ecommerce business. You will help maintain our online stores, ensure launches run smoothly and uphold a best-in-class brand experience.

Working with Ecommerce, Customer Experience and Product teams, you will manage product catalog, assist with category management and site content upkeep, and support customer service and stock updates across regions.
