MRICS Valuation Officer – Public Assets

City of Wolverhampton Council is seeking a motivated Valuation Officer to join our Estates Team within the City Assets service. You will provide valuation and estate management across the Council’s property portfolio and assist with property transactions.

MRICS is required, with strong analytical and negotiation skills and the ability to collaborate across teams in a hybrid working environment supporting regeneration and value for residents.
