Empowering SEND: Learning Support Assistant

Chelmsford College is seeking Learning Support Assistants to work with young people across the curriculum. You will support learners with SEND needs and promote inclusive practice, guiding staff on best approaches. A DBS check is required and equality, safeguarding and safeguarding commitments are central to the role.

Starting salary will depend on qualifications and experience; closing date is 30/10/2026. 37 hours per week, 38 weeks per annum at Chelmsford College.
