Equine Welfare Innovator & Development Lead

Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) is seeking an Equine Welfare and Development Officer to join the national office in Warwickshire. You will coordinate equine welfare, liaise with BEF, develop resources, and support groups and volunteers across the charity.

You will handle welfare concerns, provide practical guidance, and contribute to safeguarding and best practice within RDA. This role offers a vital link between welfare policy and on-the-ground guidance for volunteers.
