Art & Design Technology Teacher (QTS) – Full Time

Location: Derby (DE22)Full-Time, Long-Term

GSL Education are seeking a qualified and experienced Art & Design Technology Teacher for a full-time position at a secondary school in Derby (DE22).

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher who can confidently deliver Art and all DT subjects across the curriculum. The successful candidate will take on a full teaching timetable and will be responsible for planning, delivering and assessing lessons.

The Role:

• Teach Art and Design Technology across Key Stages
• Deliver engaging and creative lessons
• Full teaching responsibilities including planning and marking
• Encourage student progress and achievement
• Work collaboratively within a supportive school environment

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience teaching Art and Design Technology
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Ability to plan, assess and deliver high-quality lessons
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
