Work as a domiciliary care worker with Esteemed Life Care in Coventry, UK.
Provide person-centred care to clients in their own homes and the community.
Assist clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming and toileting.
Support clients with medication in accordance with their care plans and procedures.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with light domestic duties, including laundry, vacuuming, dusting and meal preparation.
Help clients attend appointments and participate in community activities.
Travel between clients’ homes to deliver care services.
Requirements
- Must be a driver before applying.
- Hold a full UK driving licence or a valid international driving licence with at least one year remaining .
- Previous care experience is required by the advert; one year of home-care experience is preferred .
- Be available to work weekends.
- Be willing to travel extensively between clients’ homes.
- Demonstrate a caring, compassionate and respectful attitude.
- Have good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Be reliable, honest and responsible.
- Possess basic cooking skills.
- Be able to work effectively as part of a care team.
- Be willing to work full-time, in person, in the Coventry area.
