Boots Group, via Boots Opticians, is recruiting an Assistant Manager to lead and inspire your team, delivering an exemplary customer journey and supporting the Store Manager to implement the commercial plan and drive growth.
Across the store you’ll cover customer service, operations and clinical tasks including patient pre-screening, dispensing and accuracy checks, while developing staff through rotas, reviews and performance management. Leadership training is available.
