Social Worker – CP – Cheshire East

• Conducting assessments and developing intervention plans to protect children at risk.

• Managing a caseload of children and families, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
• Providing support and guidance to families, helping them to navigate challenges and access resources.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation in accordance with legal and organizational standards.

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A recognized Social Work qualification (BA/MA in Social Work or equivalent).
• Registration with Social Work England.
• Experience working within child protection or safeguarding settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children and families.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied caseload effectively.
