Apply for the Procurement Lead
Location: London
Job Description:

£65,000 – £70,000 – London – Hybrid – c.2 days per week in the office

I am partnering with a global entertainment business looking for a Procurement Lead to manage complex, high-value procurement spend across its international operations.

This opportunity would particularly suit someone from but not limited to a construction, infrastructure, engineering, rail or another complex high spend environment, who has personally developed sourcing strategies and negotiated contracts across large, complex spend. Previous entertainment industry experience is not essential.

You’ll manage a varied global services portfolio, with potential categories including logistics and freight, power, branding, technology and broadcasting, marketing, travel, security and medical provision, providing plenty of variety and international stakeholder exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end procurement for major global packages, from defining requirements and developing sourcing strategies through to negotiation and contract award.
  • Lead complex commercial negotiations, securing value across pricing, payment terms, service commitments and contractual risk.
  • Strengthen supplier and contract management through performance reviews, measurable KPIs, change control and issue resolution.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders, legal, finance and local delivery teams to align requirements and identify opportunities across international locations.
  • Improve procurement processes, supplier resilience and sustainability while maintaining delivery against demanding operational deadlines.

Key Skills:

  • Demonstrable experience managing large, complex spend, with personal ownership of significant contract negotiations and clear commercial outcomes.
  • Experience procuring complex services, subcontract packages or major project requirements, ideally within construction, infrastructure, engineering or a comparable environment.
  • Broad category exposure and the adaptability to take on unfamiliar requirements; international or multi-site procurement experience would be advantageous.
  • Strong contract and supplier management capability, including negotiating terms, managing variations and addressing performance or delivery risks.
  • Confident stakeholder management, commercial judgement and a proactive approach to challenging requirements and improving value.

An opportunity to apply your experience of major contracts within a global entertainment business, with ownership of procurement decisions that directly influence international delivery.
