Neurodiverse Learning Support Assistant (PDA)

Brighton College Prep Hove is seeking an Individual Needs Assistant to support a neurodiverse pupil with PDA and allergies. You will work under the Head of Learning Support to provide compassionate, flexible learning support, promoting engagement and safety in class.

The role requires excellent communication, strong organisation, and the ability to adapt learning using multisensory approaches while maintaining calm and building relationships with pupils. Term-time, full-time position.
