Hands-On Service Desk Engineer — Grow into IT Leader

Fyre Global Ltd is seeking a hands-on IT Support professional to operate at 1st and 2nd line, handling password resets and more complex issues. You will coach junior colleagues, own workstation build processes, and maintain asset records across hardware and software.

Involvement in infrastructure projects and security initiatives is expected. Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365/Azure, Active Directory, Intune/Autopilot (or SCCM), Exchange Online and SharePoint is desired.
