Telematics Data Science Lead — AI-Driven Insurance

Zego is seeking a Head of Telematics Data Science to define the research agenda, lead three data scientists and three ML engineers, and shape the technical direction of telematics from UK roads to new markets like Japan.

You will drive the full telematics stack, collaborate with Pricing and Data Products, and push AI integration across analytics, models, and driver coaching experiences. The role combines leadership with hands-on work in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
