UTEC, part of Acteon’s Geo-services, is seeking a Sales & Commercial Administrative Assistant to provide marketing, sales and commercial support to the Win Function. Based in Aberdeen or Edinburgh, you will handle CRM, PQQs, procurement portals, subscriptions and market intelligence, helping to organise travel and events.
You will manage leads and opportunities in the CRM, support tender submissions, coordinate with internal teams and ensure accurate, timely information.
