People & Culture Graduate: Rotational HR Track

The Kepak Group offers a two-year People and Culture graduate programme designed to give a comprehensive introduction to HR within the meat processing industry. You will rotate across HR processes, employee relations, recruitment, and data-driven projects across UK and Ireland sites, gaining broad experience and a strong foundation for your HR career.

Start date: September 6th 2027. Starting salary £29,500 with an up to £1,500 increase at the start of Year 2 to £31,000.
