Community Link Worker – London: Trauma-Informed Outreach

Waythrough is recruiting a Community Link Worker to provide information, advice and direct support to people referred from police custody, courts and prisons across London. The role includes travel across local delivery sites and a blend of office-based and outreach work.

You will operate in a Liaison and Diversion team, build trusting, holistic relationships, advocate for vulnerable adults, and ensure access to mental health and social care services using trauma-informed practice.
