Senior Tax Manager – OMB Focus

Overview

In this Senior Tax Manager role, you’ll own a mixed tax portfolio and collaborate with Tax Partners to shape client strategy. You’ll lead engagements, advise on corporate and personal tax matters, and build lasting client relationships while guiding junior teammates. The position sits at the heart of a growing tax team, offering Partner visibility and a chance to influence how work is allocated and new advisory opportunities grow. You’ll contribute to a broader tax offering, across corporate, personal, and regulatory topics, in a dynamic professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a mixed tax portfolio and lead client engagements
• Advise clients on Corporate Tax, Business Tax, share schemes, R&D, EIS/SEIS, and related areas
• Develop and maintain client relationships and business opportunities
• Mentor and develop junior colleagues; participate in work allocation and resourcing
• Identify new advisory opportunities and collaborate across the firm to win and develop clients
