Payroll Team Lead: End-to-End Payroll, Hybrid

RECfinancial are partnering with a well established business to recruit an experienced Payroll Team Leader. This role offers hybrid working with a salary of £32,000 – £35,000 in Leicestershire. You will oversee end-to-end payroll, ensure compliance, supervise junior staff and drive payroll improvements.

Based in a multi-entity organisation, you’ll liaise with stakeholders, manage changes for starters and leavers, and support payroll controls and reporting. WFH 1 day per week is available.
