Care Navigator: Patient Access & Support Specialist

Larwood Health Partnership is recruiting Care Navigators to join a busy GP practice on a permanent basis. The role requires at least 2 years in a customer service setting and strong communication, IT and confidentiality skills.

You will manage reception duties, direct patients to the right clinician, and handle appointments, prescriptions, and queries across multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.
