Residential Deputy Manager – Youth Care Leader

Area Camden Residential is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the service for young people aged 11-18 in Soham, Cambridgeshire. You will help ensure a caring, respectful environment and that care delivery meets legal requirements and Area Camden’s Statement of Purpose.

Key duties include supervising staff, managing budgets and rotas, coordinating admissions, and maintaining high standards of practice.
