Deputy Manager – Trauma-Informed Children’s Home

YourRecruit Ltd is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager for a children’s residential home in the UK. The role combines management duties with direct care, 50/50, to ensure safe, child-centred and therapeutic support in line with regulatory standards.

You will deputise for the Registered Manager, lead the care team, manage rotas and safeguarding records, and engage with partners to support children with complex needs.
