Hybrid Highways Legal Counsel

National Highways is seeking a Lawyer to join the Operations Legal Team. You will advise on day-to-day legal operational matters across the strategic road network, handling highway law, litigation and drafting, and supporting court cases as needed.

The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the office at a National Highways location (Guildford, Birmingham or Bristol). You will work with senior leaders, manage external counsel, and contribute to resilience and crisis management efforts.
