Warehouse Clerk – Stock Integrity – Booker Distribution
Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 9TRShift Hours: 37.5hours hrs per week (Any 5 in 7 days- double days, 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm)Salary: Basic 14.50 per hour, an additional 2.90 per hour when working after 18.00 hrs to 22.00 hrs on alternate weeks. Sunday premium attracts additional 1.46 per hour between 06.00 to 18.00 hrs.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated person to undertake the role of Stock Integrity Clerk who will contribute to the Departments success by ensuring KPIs are continually met.
The hours of work will be working any five from seven days – full-time with rotating shifts of 06.00 14.00 (week 1) and 14.00 22.00 (week 2), however, some flexibility will be required to meet the needs of the business.
Please note that all candidates will have to undertake a drug and alcohol test as part of the pre-employment tests.

- Ensuring stock levels are reflected properly in the Warehouse Stock System
- Claims investigations
- Data entry reporting and reconciling variances
- Provide an audit of stock and warehouse activities
- Maintaining records and keeping data up-to-date
Knowledge of database applications
Knowledge of Locator Warehouse Systems
Strong numerical skills
Experience of using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Experience in general system administration
Good organisational skills
Flexible approach to workload
Ability to work well under pressure and be of a calm disposition
Good team player and position approach
To have warehouse experience
Commitment to working occasional overtime
