Riverstone Kensington is seeking a Lead Maintenance Engineer responsible for all maintenance and health and safety across the residence. The role will set best-in-class standards and lead a team of Maintenance Technicians and contractors to deliver a safe, reliable service for residents and their guests.
You will own statutory compliance, manage PPM programmes, and oversee building systems with a focus on safety, budget management and continuous improvement.
