Residential Property Lawyer – Swaffham
Location: Swaffham, Norfolk

We’re working with a growing law firm in Swaffham looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join its established property team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys managing their own caseload and wants to join a supportive firm where they can develop their career and become an important part of the department.
The Role
You’ll manage a varied residential property caseload from initial instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Leasehold matters
- First-time buyer transactions
- More complex residential property matters where appropriate
You’ll work directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to progress transactions efficiently while maintaining a high standard of client service.
About You
We’re interested in speaking with Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX professionals and experienced Residential Property Fee Earners.
You’ll ideally have:
- Strong residential property experience
- Experience managing your own caseload
- Confidence handling transactions from instruction to completion
- Excellent client-care and communication skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- A commercial and pragmatic approach
