Area Camden, part of the Polaris Community, is recruiting a Residential Deputy Manager for our Soham home. You will support the Registered Manager, supervise staff and help drive high-quality care for young people.

This full-time, permanent role operates 12-hour shifts (08:00–20:00) with a salary of £39,362.67 per year. You will lead on care planning, safeguarding, and ensuring regulatory compliance while building strong partnerships with families and external professionals.
