Overview

As a Product Manager at Citi, you will drive AI-enabled Fund Services transformation, bridging business needs and engineering to deliver production-grade AI capabilities. You’ll operate at the intersection of product, technology and operations in small, agile teams, turning use cases into measurable outcomes. You’ll partner with the Transformation team to embed AI across the Fund Services lifecycle, delivering a scalable platform with meaningful client impact. This role offers the chance to shape an AI-native foundation for fund servicing and advance operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritise AI opportunities across the Fund Services lifecycle
• Lead rapid discovery with operations, product and engineering teams
• Guide technical design decisions and production-readiness
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions from prototype to production
• Collaborate with Transformation to embed AI in broader workstreams
• Communicate roadmaps and progress to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Stay ahead of Generative AI landscape and translate into business value

Key requirements

• Experience in product development and engineering with emphasis on AI/ML products
• Ability to design, build and scale complex software systems (cloud, distributed)
• Deep understanding of Generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG, agentic architectures
• Proven track record of turning problems into working prototypes
• Experience in agile, small-team PM roles where you build as well as strategize
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
