Product Manager – UcaaS / CCaaS

Overview

In this role you will own and evolve the roadmap for communications and collaboration platforms, driving improvements across Zoom and omni-channel tools. You will work with engineering, IT and operations to deliver features and enhancements that support customer journeys and internal teams. You’ll translate ideas into deliverable outcomes using feedback and data, while championing a user-focused, product-led approach. This is a chance to shape a modern UCaaS/CCaaS ecosystem in a collaborative, fast-moving team.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for communications and collaboration platforms
• Drive improvements across Zoom and omni-channel engagement tools
• Collaborate with Engineering, IT and Operations to deliver new features and integrations
• Define how communication technology supports customer journeys and internal teams
• Gather requirements, prioritise initiatives and translate ideas into deliverables
• Utilise feedback, data and user insight to improve platform adoption and experience
• Support platform upgrades, migrations and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage relationships with technology partners and vendors
• Promote a user-focused, product-led approach across the business

Key requirements

• Product-minded, collaborative and delivery-focused with digital platform or communications experience
• Experience with cross-functional technology teams
• Interest in digital experience, automation and modern workplace technology
• Strong stakeholder and communication skills
• Proactive mindset and focus on continuous improvement
• Ability to balance business needs, user experience and technical capability
• Experience with Zoom, UCaaS, telephony or omni-channel platforms (beneficial)
