Deputy Manager – Lead Operations, Growth Path to GM

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a Deputy Manager to take accountability for the centre in the Centre Manager’s absence. This role is autonomous, fast-paced and focused on delivering excellent customer service across lanes, bar, diner and amusements.

You will be trained across all key areas to support operations and financial targets while developing your leadership capabilities for progression to General Manager within 12 to 18 months.
